For booking, a deposit of £100 is required.

Full payment should be received at least one month before commencement of the holiday or reservation may be terminated and deposit lost.
A security deposit of £50 must also be paid prior to occupancy and will be refunded after the holiday subject to inspection of the property and no damage or losses.

Cancellation rates over 60 days Deposit Only, under 60 days 50%, under 30 days 100%.

Please note that the above prices do NOT include a charge for purchasing a pass to use the Holiday Village facilities. Individual passes can be purchased at Gurnard Pines Reception upon arrival, a form will be provided for you to sign and take to reception.
